July Meetup: John Allison on "Dev Workflow" & Kris Selden on "Ember Internals"

We have two speakers this month:

John Allison is a NYC-based developer and a founder of Customer.io.  John recently rebuilt Customer.io's app in Ember.js from "first commit" to a production deploy over 10 days.  He'll teach us the productive workflow he has adopted for starting and iterating on an Ember app.

Kris Selden hails from Seattle, is Yapp's lead engineer and is a member of the Ember core team. He understands ember-metal as well or better than anyone life form on Earth. He'll give us a gentle introduction to how Ember works under the hood, and how that knowledge can help you.

At Shutterstock we do a lot of data visualization. Earlier this year, one of our developers released this tool to the open source community: http://github.com/shutterstock/...

Erik's talk made me think about it since rickshaw also uses D3.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all for tonight's meetup! I created a Yapp for the event: http://my.yapp.us/EMBER so you can get the details for the evening and use an Ember app at the same time!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
