Hey guys, get voting if you aren't submitting. Let's support our members. As I have time I might upload a pic or two for consideration, but I'm definitely putting my weight behind anyone who's entering a picture.

FYI, I have a couple of ideas to present in terms of developing photographic vision in a progressive, systematic fashion. This based on my upcoming course with the PSA. The growth is step by step and very specific, and will enhance my photography for sure. They're good challenges
Ghemar, thanks again for being our guide. Couldn't do this without you, and you took some amazing pics. You guys must have had a great time, and by all accounts well organised.. I guess things are better when I'm not there :-D Hopefully I'll bring back a few winning shots.

@adeel- ur not alone my friend. I'm going to Al Ain for the first time as well. I hope I reach on time.
Hi there looking forward for tomorrow, but little bit confused as well because I never drive to Al Ain alone and also this is the first time I am going for shooting out of Dubai
yes this trip is on and you are happy to join!
HI All,i just sent out an email to everybody that confirmed to this event!
Hello all , I m new in your group and I just want to understand what usually you do in meeting? Where do you meet? When? Are this trip still on??Thanks and hope you accept my friendship
Hey would any one happen to have a fish eye lens for a canon?
Henning ..we decided to cancel the overnight stay this time .. We'll be going there early in the morning ..
Hi guys. Is anyone planning to stay overnight or is everyone meeting in the morning?
Hi All... be ready for tonight and sleep early or get some extra sleep after noon since we will be driving all the night and tomorrow we have a lot of places to shoot before drving back!!

Amreen....just make sure you are at Wafi on time!
Oh my! Down, up, middle... I jus hope I reach jebel hafeet for starters.
After brainstorm we agreed we stop around the middle thats our meet up location if anybody wishes to go higher they can...however after 1 hour we are regrouping at the same point and continue to location 2 from there.
I know the middle might be a vague location but if you get lost and you are at the foot of the jabel hafeet going up you should spot us half way the mountain?!
@ Sarah it would mean you would need to drive down the mountain
@ghemar...what would be the loveliest view? I am down for anything we should limit the travel time as much as possible.
is the hotel on top of the mountain?
Sarah dear somewhere between 5.15 - 5.30.Ghemar ...Amr mentioned getting to the topmight require some extra time. If we leave Dubai 3.45 would[masked] be a feasible time?
Hi Ghemar! Sadly I'm off to Cape Town on Friday morning for 10 days
I am not sure I am motivated enough (yet) to be in Al Ain at 5.30 am!! no afternoon sunrise shots? :p

Remember to look at which newspapers accept "Pic of the Day" submissions and start submitting ;)
Hey girly, you got a good deal ;). The first shooting location is there so we see you there around 5.30 inshallah :)
http://golden-hour.com/You can see the sunrise and sunset times here + Golden HourI would suggest you head directly for Jebel Hafeet and meet along the mountain road or on top.

3rd and 4th shooting locations are on our route back to Dubai.GPS locations will follow
@Haden I haven't tried it before but I have created it as a test so please fill your details in it for now and I will copy the answers in the original spread sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGZvODl0Z3V6SXd0R3J4clBYYS1Cb1E6MQ
@Amr , there is an option to create a form in google docs , and it automatically populates an excel sheet , I think that would be a better way to collect information :)
I'm having a hard time filling the excel sheet from my phone :)
Hana... the same sheet will display all the details once everybody fill in his row. after that we can decide about the car pooling
Guys when all logistics are confirmed we can send out an email to everybody who RSVP-ed YES to the event with all the details!
Ghemar can i call now?
