Dear Members,

 

I would like to thank all the members who were present at the last meetup and also whoever wanted to be there but weren't able to.

The major issue which was discussed this Tuesday was the implementation of the new "constitution" which was put together earlier with the great help of our dear friend C.

I posted this constitution on the discussion board and I hope whoever interested can spare few minutes to go through it.

As mentioned in ARTICLE III we will have to assign officers (Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Coordinator, First advisor, and Second advisor) and I started receiving the nominations from Yesterday through email until the 18th of December which is the date of the next bi-weekly where we will be voting on these positions.

The Nominations shall be as the following: Any member may submit any member’s name for nomination to a specified position, including his or her own. If the nominated member accepts, his or her name will be added to the list of nominees for a specific position.

If you feel that you or anyone you know can help the club in any of the available positions please send me an email and nominate yourself/others to hold these positions.
