Emmanuel Baptist Church Jazz Vespers Featuring The Swingmachine

Let's meetup to enjoy another great Jazz Vespers! To help us connect in person easier, we are going to meet at a local cafe near the church prior to Jazz Vespers.

Simply put, The Swingmachine is reminiscent of the classic Blue Note Records hard-bop straight-ahead jazz groups (and artists) of the 1960's, in that their goal is to play music that is tasteful, and swinging.

Emmanuel Baptist Church Jazz Vespers is honored to help kickoff the 15th Annual Central Brooklyn Jazz Festival! Join us as we celebrate with The Swingmachine, featuring Mike LeDonne (Organ), Vincent Herring (Alto Sax), Peter Bernstein (Guitar), Brandon Sanders (Drums), and Jazzmeia Horn (Vocals).

With a wonderfully eclectic mix of jazz musicians, mind-blowing acoustics, and spirit-filled music that will touch your soul, our Jazz Vespers service is not to be missed.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
