如果你想要擁有一個更心滿意足的人生,首先你會想要知道自己的潛能,知道真正的自己。而靜心是通往「知」的道路,靜心是「覺知」這門科學最根本的方法。

覺知,這門內在科學的美在於它允許人們能夠獨自進行這項內在的探索與實驗,不需要依賴任何外在的權威,不需要加入任何組織、履行任何義務或接受任何教條。一旦你瞭解了靜心的方法,你就能夠按照自己的步伐前進,走你自己的路。

有史以來,許多靜心的方法都要求人們保持靜止,安靜的坐著。但對身體-頭腦都已經累積了相當壓力的現代人而言,只是靜靜的坐著並不是件容易的事情。要能夠回到內在、深入意識之前,我們需要透過一些方法有效率的放掉身體-頭腦上的緊繃與張力。而OSHO動態靜心正是透過奧修當時科學化設計的靜心方法,使我們有意識地經驗並釋放掉長久以來被壓抑的感受與情緒,逐漸掌握住觀照、覺知的竅門,而以一種新的方法觀照自己的慣性模式。

關於靜心,一直以來有許多不同、甚至是矛盾的概念存在著。基本上,奧修對於靜心最根本的態度是瞭解頭腦的本性,而不是與之對抗。

我們大部分的人大多數的時間都被思想或感覺所驅使、控制。也因此我們開始以為那些思想與感覺就是我們。而靜心是一種「存在(being)」的狀態,那是一種純粹的經驗,不受到身體、頭腦的干擾。靜心也是一種再自然不過,但卻被我們所遺忘的狀態。

這個靜心是一種快速、強烈而徹底的方法,用來打破在身體頭腦裡那些讓人監禁在過去的老舊而根深蒂固的模式,並且經驗隱藏在這些牢牆背後的自由、觀照、寧靜和平和。

 

心理上的準備

做靜心的時候最好不要懷著某種目標、慾望或期待。它的奧秘在於允許事情自然的發生,渴望某件事情發生往往正是最大的阻礙。 就是滿足與享受你那段靜心的時間,當你放鬆、不再強求時,結果會自己發生,所以就是帶著接受性、敞開與放鬆的心情做靜心。

Psychological Preparation
It is important that you don't meditate with some goal or desire or any expectation. The whole secret is to allow the process to unfold. Wanting something to happen is the surest way to prevent it happening. Just be content to enjoy the time of meditation in itself, for itself. Results will come, but only if you’re not demanding that they do. Create a climate of receptivity, openness and relaxation.

1.The techniques of emotional freedom will be applied in this activity, including coaching technique, breathing, limbs, voice and dancing,etc.
