Needles, Thread, & Yarn Circle

If people want to learn to knit they need to bring a worsted weight yarn (in a color they like) and US size 7 or 8 straight needles (9-12 inches long).  The yarn should be smooth, not furry and can be wool or acrylic blend.  They will learn to knit and purl with a simple scarf pattern.

It was nice to see everyone again and to just sit around talking and being social and working on our projects. I am anxious for the next Meetup for this circle. Thank you for having me.

Thank you, everyone! Tonight was wonderful :) And, thank you Gerald! Your Energy was wonderful, and your encouragement helped me have fun while learning the entire time <3 - Jen

I'd love to go again, but I don't think its wise to take the bus while the incisions from my surgery are still healing.

Would love to attend, but I'd better wait until the snow and ice have melted. My broken ankle is not yet healed!
