I am the organizer of this group. We will be having a Holistic Health Counselor, Kendell Reichhart, attending our meetings to answer any questions. These SuperFoods and Raw Foods have helped my energy level, focus, and motivation tremendously.
Superfoods can become part of an everyday "healthy" diet. Everyone should educate themselves on the benefits of Superfoods. You don't have to be raw to get the benefits of eating superfoods.
