MEETUP FLOW (One hour)

Phase 1. Welcoming Phase

Phase 2. Relaxation Exercises (20 Minutes) Since most tension is a physical manifestation of an individual’s response to stressors, we begin with some form of physical exercise to promote relaxation and tension release. Exercises include (Meridian) Stretching, Body Tapping and Brain Wave Vibration.

Phase 3. Creative Meditation & Collaborative Healing. Start from Brain Wave vibration to create the optimal energetic condition inside the body and brain for meditation. Breathing and Energy Meditation lead to opening The Mind Screen to receive LifeParticles, which is the last step of Creative Meditation that can be naturally extended to Collaborative Healing. 

Phase 4. Book Reading & Sharing. Reading from The Call of Sedona by Ilchi Lee (available at Amazon.com). Following the reading, practitioners share a page or paragraph that gave an impression to them. 

Phase 5. Tea time and more sharing!
