Welcome to the Enlightened Real Estate Investor Meetup Group. We will be exploring alternative real estate investment strategies developed specifically for those who desire to participate in opportunities that have been, until now, beyond the reach of the beginning investor or too aggressive for those who wish to eliminate the risk associated with other real estate investment strategies.

Our mission is to provide the key to success for individual real estate investors through business networking, eliminating risk, and pooling information and resources to gain greater financial influence in today’s real estate market.

If you are one of the thousands of people out there with the desire to invest in real estate but haven’t yet developed the means to do so, or you have modest investment capability but have determined that the risk is too great to venture forward on your own, we can demonstrate the success of our innovative new strategies that are guaranteed to provide the safety you want, the results you desire, and the elimination of capital risk.

Our group will not be just another discussion of hypothetical strategies for non-existent investments. The organizers will bring actual investment projects into the discussion for you to observe, participate in, learn from, and discover for yourself how you can profit from these projects and other similar transactions. As a member of the group you will never be asked to make a financial investment as a requirement to participate in our projects. You will, however, be offered the opportunity to share in the real estate equity earned from our projects without putting any of your own capital at risk.

We won’t be in the business of selling books, services, DVDs, or classes to our members. We all know there are way too many people in the business of selling “potential” real estate success. We are of the opinion that most of these offerings are of questionable value and all of the information that is useful can be obtained free from other reputable, experienced sources. All supporting material and documentation necessary to participate as an active member of our group will be provided free of charge.

We will explore all aspects of real estate investing; buy-and-hold, rehab, flip, cash flow, REO, short sale, etc. In the current market we have a particularly strong interest in upscale single family resort residences (Maui, Tahoe, Carmel, etc.) to buy and hold for cash flow. One of the nice benefits to our active members will be the opportunity to use those resort vacation properties at no cost.

In addition to the discussion and “real world” application of our innovative real estate strategies we will be hosting social gatherings in order to get to know everyone in an enjoyable, relaxed setting. We anticipate these events will include wine tasting, sporting events, golf and other mixers that the members may express an interest in. We welcome your suggestions.
