Nathanial Hosea will lead this introductory class in Chi Gung for energy and well being. Chi Gung developed in ancient China as a means to find our source of energy and balance in the world. Through slow attentive movements, the flow and balance of energy in our body is gradually cultivated for peace and harmony.

Nathanial Hosea is a gifted teacher of this ancient art. Guiding students through simple, grounding, movements, this meditation in action gives us the means to become more centered, aware and grounded in our daily life.

Introductory class fee is $20
