This workshop series will guide you step-by-step of yoga postures designed to you help you increase energy and willpower. Chakras are energy centers in our bodies and a part of our spiritual anatomy. They serve as the location of our mental tendencies, habits and desires.
Yoga postures and meditation, combined with concentration, affirmation and relaxation can help us place our awareness on and work with these centers. We can release energy in an powerful upward flow and bring about positive change in all areas that need healing within us. You will leave this class series feeling calmer, lighter and transformed.
