Where do you think UX Design in Enterprise is headed?

I'm afraid that it's headed toward being a new silo rather than a Midas-like way of touching the customer and partner. UX needs to be aligned with the philosophy of the organization and the organization needs to enable the UX effort to interpret their findings and react nimbly.

What are you currently passionate about in UX Design?

What are you hoping to get out of Enterprise UX?

A broader view of common approaches and pitfalls. A look at lean implementations.
