What about a nearby Panera Bread?

The Reading Public Library is open on Monday-Thursday until 9:00 pm, and on Saturday from 9am until 5 pm.
There is a $10.00 fee to book/use a room. There are 2 rooms available, one holds 10 -15 people, the other holds up to 80 people. You can bring your own food and beverages. I don't think alcohol would be allowed.
The organization has to be non profit, and the meeting must be open for anyone to attend. Summer bookings cannot be guaranteed.

The Starbuck's at 288 Main Street in Reading closes at 8pm. There is another (smaller) Starbucks at 24 Walker's Brook Drive in Reading which is open until 9 pm, but the seating is limited and we would not be able to reserve seating.

That's all I have so far.
