Ways to Wealth, Principles of Success: Think Different (FREE)

NOTE: THIS IS A CANTONESE PRESENTATION.

Ways to Wealth, Principles of Success - Session 3: Think Different

For those who came to Mr. Eddie Hui's session a few weeks ago, we hope that you enjoyed the sharing and insight that Mr. Hui shared, and that you were able to apply the lessons to your life. We learned how to do more with less - how to make the most of our resources, which are especially scarce as an SME.

How can we shorten our time to achieve success? As an SME owner, we rarely have enough time to manage our day to day operations, let alone plan our long term goals and missions to achieving success. As Mr. Hui showed us last time, every person has the same 24 hours a day - no one can buy more time, no matter how rich you are. The only way to fit in more things into our busy schedule is to shorten our time to achieving success.

Mr. Eddie Hui will dive into different case studies among celebrities, both international and local, and also share how he attained success in his life by shortening his time to success. Mr. Hui has helped many IT vendors start up offices in Asia and author of a book on Future ICT Best Practices, and will share how he achieved all this by making the most of his time. This is particularly relevant to SMEs in Hong Kong, when more work for each person means a necessity for better time management.

About Eddie Hui:

Eddie Hui is the author of e-book “25, 50, 75 Past, Present, Future ICT Pro Sales Best Practices”. Eddie has over 28 year working experience in sales, business development and general management for companies including Hewlett-Packard, EMC, Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Getronics, hubwoo and Emailvision. He had helped many IT vendors start up offices in Asia since 1997.

Good morning everyone! For those participated in my last 2 sessions,

Have you practised my "7 daily actitivites habit" and wake up 2 hours before others to be ahead of others every day as I shared in session 1 "do more with less".

Have you "Focus" on doing what you should do and "Leverage" other resource as I shared in my session 2 "shorten your time to succeed".
Have you found a mentor in your business.

So, if you haven't done it, why think but not do it.
Think different is OK, but Execute matters.

If you just think different, but not execute accordingly, then what is the point of think different?

By just think different and not execute the "different", it might not help you to your "ways to wealth" and include your different into your " priniciples of success".

Have you ever walked very slowly? a normal 5minutes walk took you 20minutes. During the B Festival day, someone had tried it.

I thought it might be helpful for us to think differently when we are more relaxing.

Let's try and share some experience when we meetup.

so you need some one working at GPS related business.
GPS = give u the direction
if you input shortest route plus less time in the GPS, it tells you smartly where to go.
not many GPS asks you for 2 or 3 input parameters...

I find more than 20 people had registered for session 3.
I am at Singapore attending a Train-the-trainer program on presentation skills and deliver a speech at Cloud Asia 2013. I met with our GCIO Mr Daniel Lai. He shared with me a lot of good news to develop HK as a leading IT hub in certain segment.

We are getting close to the end of the 3 part series. As in my session 2, Wealth is not just money, it is health and joyfulness from your heart.

Also, there are no definite "principles of success" as definition of success could be different for different people.

I am not a successful people, at least not at this stage; I just shared the successful principles of others I observed and collected their successful best practices.

Thanks to every one who had joined my session 1 and 2. As I am run out of ink so I don't know what to talk about at session 3. The topic is called "Think differently".

So, when I think differently, I find an answer on what I will share with you at session 3.

Sometimes in life or business, there are 2 sides of a coin. It depends on which side you look at it.
