Hey Members,

Exciting event to showcase your business, network mingle, and gain motivation, and have a whole lot of fun!

Need at least 3 volunteers not including myself.

Initial Thoughts On Event:

1.  Raffle door PRIZES in tune with your business

2.  Sign Up to win a members service or product.  For each member donating a service or product people will sign up if interested and a DRAWING will take place.  We want 10 members to donate.  It will be good for your business because now someone is using your service or product, they'll be a testimonial for your business, they may want more (this would be purchased), and you have a new friend.

3.  Motivational Entrepreneurial Keynote by me (Raj Gavurla) with nothing being held back!  The REAL DEAL just like I do for a paying client.   

Needs To Be Done:

1.  Pick a location, coordinate, and set up refreshments

2.  Set date and time

3.  Call members to donate for PRIZES and DRAWING

4.  Call members to invite and invite other Meetup groups, Toastmasters groups, community groups, family, and friends for a FUN FILLED TIME

Requirements:

1.  Ten members to showcase (donate service or product).  Examples, hour of life coaching, hour of business coaching, paint a room, web site consultation, landscape consultation, use of a product for a month, dinner for two at your restaurant, etc.

2.  Record attendance (we want to raise the bar to spread the good word about us)

3.  An INCREDIBLE experience
