We have a great agenda this month. There are three key sessions: 2-3pm, 4-5pm and 6-7pm.

Arrive at 1:30 for a 2pm start, we will discuss "The Dirty Dozen" taken from a pre release of my latest book on the 12 Major Causes Of Business Failure (And Success), learned over years, you will discover how well entrepreneurs learn from mistakes. That promises to be fast paced and may well overrun, the book was reviewed just last week by Dan Kennedy himself.

At 3-ish, we will take a conversation break.

Arrive for 3:30 for 4pm start of the main agenda: GKIC London, where we will run through 7 ways that ensure that people know and value you specific skills as an expert in your field. We hope to end the session with a live hot-seat - always a ton of fun.

At 5-ish, we will take another break. There's food and drink at this 'half-way' point to keep the conversation flowing.

At 6 we kick off with a now customary exercise given by Fergus McClelland of Vocal Trademark, followed by Moe Nawaz a long term turn around specialist who promises to give us some insights into how to make sure our businesses get profitable, stay profitable and grow.
