      Thank you Kirsty, now that you have your purpose & mission validated, you need strategy, to reach the required number of people, and get to serve them. Who is your audience? Where do they hang out - physically & online? How do you connect with a clear statement of 'what they get' as opposed to 'what you do' ? Is your website message & all social media 'congruent' - does it all tell them crystal 'clear-ly' what they get after you serve them? Do you have a sample/ freebie / ebook / seminar/ meetup/lead magnet?     e.g. When did you start working with them, who did you use before? why did you change?
