Leaflet Against the Peru Free Trade Agreement in Little Lima!
The Senate is expected to vote on the Peru Free
Trade Agreement Free Trade Agreement either next
week or the following week. NJ's Senators are
still considered on the fence. Northern NJ has
the largest concentration of Peruvians in the
country, and it's critical that Senators
Lautenberg and Menendez hear from Peruvian
Americans concerned about an agreement that will
be devastating to workers, family farmers, people
with AIDS, indigneous people, the Amazon
rainforest, wildlife, farmed animals, workers,
social security recipients-- and anyone who wants
to eat safe food and drink clean water!
