Introduction
I am a software engineer at 2600hz - we use Erlang to power our platform. Although our company has been using Erlang for some time, I only recently made the plunge. Trying to learn everything I can about this awesome language / way of life!
Favorite thing about Erlang/OTP (or coolest line of code):
Pattern Matching. Coming from a Java / PHP / JavaScript background, this was one of the coolest things to me when I started learning Erlang (and still is).
Do you use Erlang/OTP? For personal projects? Professionally?
At 2600hz our platform is powered by Erlang. Most of the project we use are powered by Erlang too! (Bigcouch and RabbitMQ)
