      Hello Gus - Many people have different uses for these words, for us they are the same thing. Gnosis is a greek word that means knowledge gained through direct experience. The Gnostic teachings provide practical means to experience and gain knowledge of the spiritual directly. We can answer any questions that you have at the meetup. Blessings,
