I had a lot of fun going through the LLL sample 'bank' contract. As it turns out - our inability to withdraw funds from the bank was caused by a change to the arguments that must be provided to properly use the "call" routine. I have been advised that the format for calls is now: (call G A V MIS MIL MOS MOL)
G is that gas you are sending. It needs to be non-zero.
The easiest thing to do is put (- (GAS) 100)
which will send all but 100 gas.

A is the address you are calling.
V is the value you are attaching.
MIS is memory in start. This is the memory address that you start passing memory at.
MIL is memory in len. Its how much stuff you are passing.
MOS is the memory start address for things being returned from the call.
MOL is the length of stuff being returned from the call.

Special thanks to Denny Mckinnon, who shared that information with me today. He's the guy who wrote that Lottery Program we looked at together.
