Ethereum Contracts as Legal Contracts

Tom Johnson will give an introduction to the legality of Bitcoin, then talk about what is needed to ensure that an Ethereum contract is legal.  Tom is a patent attorney in San Jose (see http://hickmanpalermo.com/bios/tjohnson.html) who has written on Bitcoin (http://blog.bitcointitan.com/) .  Unfortunately we only have the Plug-and-Play space for an hour;  we will fill the remaining time after Tom with a few introductions. IF there is sufficient interest in continuing to talk, we'll move to the Firehouse grill: http://firehousegrill.com/

Live in Santa Monica, any chance this will be live streamed?

Tom specifically requested that we not stream it. He also did not distribute his slides. He is worried that his comments could be construed as legal advice.

It would be great if this could be moved a day away, this day has the Ripple developer demo day.
