Ethical Activism

Admission: free

Moderator: Dr. Anne Klaeysen, Leader

Tuesdays, THREE sessions - 7/9, 7/16, 7/23

Social justice takes many forms and has different goals; some are long-term like the Settlement House movement, others immediate and spontaneous like Occupy Wall Street. We will explore the ways in which ethics can be strategic and effective in our community by learning from activists in the areas of immigration, housing, living wage, and criminal justice.

Entry to our 100-year-old building and meeting rooms is available for most wheelchair users with prior arrangements. Please call ahead  [masked] x 107) for setup of our portable system and plan to arrive one hour before start time
