Dr. Anne Klaeysen,Leader
Bob Berger Presides
For Leader Dr. Anne Klaeysen every presidential election is important, and every citizen should register to vote, study the positions taken by the candidates, and make an informed decision when casting a ballot.
This year’s election highlights two radically different sets of values. Critical thinking is required; so is a caring heart. What makes voting an ethical act is the decision to consider not only our own personal interests, but also the needs of others. Ours is a religion of duty that calls upon us to “act for the good.”
In this second platform, Dr. Klaeysen guides us through a process of ethical discernment and address the issues of humanrights, foreign relations, and homeland security.
