"Show Me Yours & I'll Show You Mine" - Vulnerability, Intimacy, and Connections

Do you feel vulnerable proposing a date, initiating sex, asking for love?

If your proposal is denied, will you feel that you actually don’t need them anyways (self-control as a strategy)? Or,

Do you avoid feeling of needs or desire for a partner by having multiple but casual partners (unfaithful as a strategy)?

Do you feel that career development and relationship are mutually exclusive since we can’t have enough time for both?

Do you consider that independence means avoidance or self-denial? Or

Do you feel that independence should include honestly expressing your desires without feeling shame or guilty?

It was a good meetup. Lots of interesting perspectives shared and questions raised. Looking forward to future meet ups, with more people in attendance.

I am happy to report that I had a wonderful night meeting with Parna, Jon and Piotr. It was delightfully educational, informative and insightful. Each of our personal experience is unique but sheds lights for each other. Jon blew me away with his knowledge and perspectives based on real-life poly experiences which I am sure would benefit many of us. Rather than sharing my mental notes, I am so pleased to take the liberty to reveal that he is willing to provide us with an information session on polyamory relationships. Allow me to check with him for a time that is convenient with him. Stay tuned.

I'd be most interested in that and could offer some of my own experience for the conversation.

Do I get a set of sounding device for doing that? lol. I will gladly keep it as a welcome gift for the 200th EOO member. :)

In the new sustainable economy for the 21st century, items are to be shared in the community. Poli-amorous, poli-ownership. Lend me yours, I'll lend you mine. Get it?

Don't blame me. Blame Nick for his contagiousness for such an intimate discussion title! :)

Superiority, insecurity, and impulse control are the triple package that underpin many American success stories. They are the inspiration for many who are still striving on the road to success. However, they could also be the causes for a phenomenon that nearly 1 out of 2 (47.1%) American women of childbearing age are childless. This figure is 80% among unmarried American women. Yet 81% of them say that they plan or hope to have children one day.

How, if they keep feeling vulnerable?!

How, if they keep considering the triple package as desirable qualities needed for their relationship success?!

How should we really relate between men and women?

I would have loved to be in on this discussion, but my grain guy is giving a workshop. And when your grain guy gives a workshop, you go :)
