Searching for the Best Pho'

I am pho'-natic over Pho'.  (Pronounced as 'fur').    And that's stating it mildly.   So when someone asked me if I have tried Kim Ngan's pho' it raised my eyebrows.

This photo is actually one of several "pho"tos that I have in my facebook Food Album.  I have never been to Kim Ngan, so I thought here's a chance to do it -- with The Ethnic Foodies! They are what used to be St Louis Pho', an establishment I never had the chance to visit.

Let's go early before the regular diners arrive.   They are closed on Wednesdays so most likely they will have more patrons on Tuesdays.

Yes, I was privileged to meet the Queen of Fucking Everything! I thought that was my mom; didn't know she lost that title!

Is being lazy a good excuse to cancel? NO?? Okay then, I'd better get a move on then. See you all there.

Kim Ngan is about the 3rd or 4th establishment on your right after you pass Chippewa going south on Grand. There's ample parking in their lot.

You've said the magic words. I've been jonesing for a bowl of pho since I moved out here. I'll see if I can fit it in with my work schedule.
