Join us as we participate in The GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon being held on May 5th. We will be walking and not running!
The distance is about 21-km in total. Expect this to be a 4 to 5 hour walk.
You will want to get in shape for this event to be prepared to walk this distance, especially if you are not currently walking regularly. The walk starts at Mel Lastman Square near Yonge/Sheppard in North York and ends up at Ontario Place.
There will be a series of preparation walks leading up to this event.
