Though I currently eat meat, I'm looking to switch a more heavily plant-based diet. I definitely see the numerous positives in doing so, but perhaps just don't know enough to make it become a consistent habit just yet. I'm extremely open to learning more and hope to get a few tips from experienced individuals such as yourselves.
Weekdays would be tough for me as I typically do not get back from work until about 5:30-6:00, but I could be keen to do things after then. Weekends would be best though.
I eat meat, but I eat less and less of it each year. I've got a growing appreciation for veggies, am a life-long lover of tofu, and would really like to learn more about cooking/eating vegetarian so I perhaps can make a more permanent change in the future.
I can't say I'm too familiar with vegan dishes per say, but I am a big fan of tofu cooked in all sorts of ways. My sister apparently cooks a mean vegan cheesecake though, haha...
