Potlucks, dining out, and meeting other like minded individuals in the area.
Schedule is open and will make what I can.
Cook a lot of beans, greens, and grains. Used to work off of recipes, but now work more free. Whole plant foods, but occasionally will eat whatever as long as it's vegan.
Kale, lentils, and buckwheat are some favorites w/ some yummy homemade sauces.
I was active in the Vegan group in Boulder for a number of years and attended over 40 events there. Glad to be here in Eugene!
I recently moved back to the NW from Boulder, CO. I have been vegan since 2000 for the animals, environment, and health. I lived in Portland in[masked] and in Eugene for a summer in 2003.
