Euro-World Cultures is a dynamic social group focused on events exploring world cultures.


Are you interested in cultural events, festivals, live music concerts, art exhibitions, international and domestic movies, performing arts, exploring ethnic cuisine at Ottawa's multicultural restaurants and simply meeting interesting people of diverse cultural backgrounds? If the answer is "YES", this group is for you! You don't need to have European background to join the group. This group is for anyone who shares the passion for learning world cultures (including Canadian of course! :) The group initially had a strong interest in European cultures (as can still be seen in the name of the group), but as its membership and activities expanded, the group’s mandate became broader and now encompasses all cultures of the world. This is a non-commercial non-profit group run by volunteers. There are no fees associated with being a member in Euro-World Cultures. The only costs involved are the costs of activities themselves. We may collect $1-2 from members at our monthly events to cover our Meetup website fees. We hope you check out our group! We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds!
