Hi there, name's Monica. I'm both English and Polish (with a few other things thrown in for good measure) and I am looking forward to meeting some Europeans in NYC!

I ask all members to please upload a pic to give us the chance to build a warm, sincere, friendly community. Sorry it may seem like a lot of work but I will not be able to approve your membership until this is done as well as a complete questionaire.

Where in Europe did you travel to? Any particular distinct memory?

I have traveled to England, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Greece, Switzerland...the Balkans (you can debate whether that's Europe or not), um, I am sure I forgot something. And yes, too many distinct memories to mention!

What is your connection to Europe?

I was born in London; my parents in Poland

Please tell us a little bit about yourself.

I used to travel a lot and live abroad. No longer having that opportunity, I miss having a European connection (all my European friends are abroad). Currently, I work in humanitarian relief and emergency management.

Do you speak a language other than English?

Polish. And the tiniest bit of French. Or rather, I can understand some of it.
