NEW TIME: 12:30 (instead of 12)

We're splitting the daily schedule out by level, to that everyone gets enough time to train and play!

Our newer zugadore are working through the foundational material as well, so its a great time to jump in and start. We have some sparring gear within the group, and we have a large stack of poly longswords, so folks are starting to spar. Come join the fun!

12:30 noon - 1pm Opening drills (all students combined into one class).

1:15 - 2:45pm - Beginner course (2nd Cohort) The focus will be on the stabile poste.

1:15 - 2:45pm: Intermediate drills Brian will work with the remaining First Cohort students on intermediate material.

2:45 - 3:30pm: Integration sparring and challenge bouts.

We will be starting with footwork drills, taking the opponents space, then an introduction to play 5 of the elefante (setting the point), after a review of plays 1-4. See you then!

Scratch that--we're doing these on *Tuesday* not today. I'll be off-island for the next two weekends, but practice should be taking place! Each week going forward our newer folks should be working on plays #1 - #6, running through each for a while and one of the intermediates will be happy to help. Then, we'll be doing a sparring session each week from here out to help speed the integration, along with some of the entry drills :-)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
