Let meetup and Meditate!

Hi everyone, we are moving back to earlier meditation times. 630-8pm.

These Tuesday meditations are a healing meditation. They are focused around letting go of any stress, anxiety and business, and creating deep inner peace. These sessions are hugely powerful in shedding old baggage allowing more inner peace and empowerment into your life. You will learn powerful meditation tools as well as have opportunity to clear any blockages around any challenges in your life.

I've been using these techniques for five years now and they have brought from a place of periodic depression and anxiety disorders to a place of peace and joy. My relationships are more amazing, I have more abundance and an happier and healthier.

    having meditations during the evening meal time hour are a problem for me. I'm hoping for a 7 to 7.30 PM start. Thanks, Mary

      Hi mary, sorry for the delayed response. Ive been away. We have tried a number of different times for these sessions, including 730pm, but found that the numbers dropped by half when we moved to this time. 630pm seems to be the best time for most people. We generally go out for a meal together afterwards as it is better to eat after meditation than before. Hope you can make it some time. Keep an eye out for our Sunday morning sessions as well, which we run about once a month. We may run a second evening class next year depending on numbers and available teachers.       Thanks for the explanation. Eating late and eating out doesn't suit me for specific reasons. So I'll give some thought to whether this meditation group works for me. Thanks, again. Mary
