You are invited to attend a meditation experience that will nourish your spirit regardless of where you are on your journey. If you seek more silence in your life, a time for yourself, and are exploring a deeper spiritual connection in your life, we hope you will join us on the first and last Monday of every month for an hour and a half gathering. This meditation experience is for people of ALL faiths or NO faith tradition.
The meditation experience is centered on music, readings, reflection, and guided and silent meditation. Dress is casual and comfortable. We gather in a small multi- purpose room off the main entrance at the Church of the Good Shepherd at 8545 E. Dry Creek Blvd. in Centennial.
This meditation experience was born out of an interest in serving the growing number of people who are searching for a spiritual dimension and purpose to their lives, but have been unable to find it in the traditional church. One of our leaders, Harry Brunett, traces his desire to connect with spiritual seekers to his years as a poverty worker, community organizer and the creator of a contemporary spiritual community. Though his roots are with the Episcopal Church, he realized early on that people desire a spiritual experience beyond denominations and religions. “This meditation experience provides a unique opportunity for those who would like to engage in a monthly activity that is intended to deepen our relationship with ourselves, with the Divine, the sacred, with others, and with nature.”
