Siby, one of our members, is offering a Free Mind-Body Wellness Workshop. Below are the details:
"I am a volunteer with the Art of Living Foundation, a non- profit educational and humanitarian organization, with the mission of putting a smile on peoples' faces across the world. As part of upcoming Art of Living week in February 09, we are conducting a 1 hour Mind-Body Wellness workshop. Eliminating stress through breathing techniques and meditation is taught. The session is free, open to all above 18 years and designed to help people eliminate stress. Over 20 million people worldwide in 152 countries have experienced the lasting benefits of these breathing techniques.
Do you enjoy walking? Would you enjoy getting some fresh air after work? Then this group is for you! We will avoid walking down busy main streets. Instead we will walk on sidewalks along beautiful side streets, pedestrian pathways or better yet (once sunset is later) on trails through parks and nature preserves!
