Transitions Clinic/All Hands Meet and Greet

Want to know how to do triathlon transitions faster? Come to this clinic and get some helpful tips as we go through T1 and T2! I'll show you how to get your T1 and T2 down to 2 minutes or less!

Also let's get together, meet each other and talk about our racing and training for the upcoming season at the new EventHorizon headquarters at the brand new Presentation Community Center in the Little Sprouts community room. This works well we can meet here anytime we want.

It's right in sight of the Oak Square YMCA. Click here for directions. Go to the entrance below on the Washington Street side of the building. Plenty of non-resident parking around the building.

Tony - Thanks so much for this evening! - who knew about the bike racking and sleeping cousins "rule" - man you for sure learn something new everyday!

Fun to see everyone - some of us in street garb rather than our tri-at-y usuals. . .

    Cheers,
    Dan

Yeah...I'm going to try the rubber band thing and leaving the gloves at home for sprints. Socks I knew and wetsuit I knew.

Great information. I'm more prepared for practicing on my own next. I picked up some great tips on how to do it right.

Thanks to Tony and to everyone who brought fantastic questions. Goodbye to those embarrassing five minute transitions! Who knew that my socks were holding me back? Great group - looking forward to seeing everyone at future events.
