Update 4/11/11 - See you all on Thursday night.  so far the weather looks okay, but keep your eye on it.  I posted my cell number in my RSVP so txt me if you have trouble finding us before the concert.

Dinner is at the Marketplace Dining Room in Ferrell Commons. (Link to the campus map is below).  You pay at the cashier at the front and they can direct you to our room. Ask for Tee if you don't see us.

Dinner: 5:30 - 6:30, all you can eat buffet on campus, private dining room for our group
Please include "dinner" in your RSVP if you plan to join us.
Concert: 7:30, by the Reflecting Pond

Last year's SUTS was taken indoors due to rain - this year we'll plan for better weather!! :) :) :)

Those of you who came to this event for the past two years know that these performances are amazing. Last year's Tchaikovsky theme and the previous year's Jazz Orchestra were both awesome. If they pre-release this year's theme, i'll post it here.

Once again, i have reserved the private room at the Marketplace Dining Hall, an all-you-can eat buffet with multiple dinner choices, salad bar, dessert bar, etc, for anyone who wants to come early for dinner. Dinner will be 5:30-6:30; the concert begins at 7:30 by the reflecting pond.

Bring blankets or chairs to sit on. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Use the maps below to find:
Parking: Use any Green lot (coded on the map below), and pay the $5.00 parking fee at the kiosk.
* I suggest parking in Garage B, and walk with us over to the concert from dinner.
Dinner: Marketplace Dining Hall in Ferrell Commons
Concert: Reflecting Pond (located between Millican Hall and the Library)

Remember there are over 100 buildings at the campus address. For on-campus navigating, use this:

I will send my cell phone number out to RSVPs a couple days before the event, and we will have balloons.

If you choose not linkup with the group at the dinner, you may not be able to sit with us at the concert.

I will turn my cell phone off and take down the balloons when the concert begins.

See you there!

Rob - LOL. :) If you park in one of the garages, there are kiosks to buy a parking pass in the corners. In the lots they are on the lot perimeter somewhere. If you'd rather pre-buy a parking pass, just let me know, we can arrange something.
