Beginners Bellydance Workout

Start your weekend off with an energizing and fun introduction to middle eastern dance techniques, combined with basic yoga stretches.

Perfect for women of all ages, shapes and sizes.  Wear comfortable dance or workout clothes, and bring a hip scarf or shimmy belt.  You will be dancing by the end of the class!

Taught by Eileen Hetherington.  Space limited to eight participants, so rsvp early.
