We all have past behaviours and associations regarding food. Each of us has a conscious and we all know when we're eating something we shouldn't, but sometimes that pull, that craving to eat the things we know we shouldn't is too strong. And that pull is what causes us to fail. But what if we could eliminate that pull, that need to eat when we know we shouldn't? We call this behavioural unconditioning - we use a unique process to get to the root of these behaviours and undo them, making your chance for success much greater.
