Ex-Vegans, Supporters and Friends.
I have been a Vegetarian for 45 years and was a Vegan for 18 of those years.
Before returning to Dairy Products for health reasons.
Veganism is based on two false premises.
False Premise 1: You cannot produce animal products such as eggs and wool humanely.
Hens and sheep, at Vegan founded and Vegan run farm animal sanctuaries, such as Edgar's Mission, prove that you can produce eggs and wool humanely.
False Premise 2: All people can be healthy on a Vegan diet.
There are more Ex-Vegans, who stopped being Vegan because of ill-health due to their Vegans diets, than current Vegans.
Which shows that not all people can be healthy, long-term, on Vegan diets.
Why an Ex-Vegan Group?
1: There are almost no groups for Ex-Vegans.
Even though there are far more Ex-Vegans than Vegans.
2: Most Vegans become Ex-Vegans within two years.
Often because of ill-health due to the intrinsic deficiencies in Vegan diets.
Or, because of irresistible cravings, due to the intrinsic deficiencies in Vegan diets.
Intrinsic deficiencies that are dismissed, by Vegan propagandists, as “You did not do it right” and “Food addiction”.
3: To show Ex-Vegans how to defend themselves when abused by Vegan propagandists.
Usually, you only have to ask them if they eat organic food.
Then tell them that organic food is fertilised with blood and bone and sprayed with fish emulsion.
Then tell them they are not Vegans.
And, ask them why they criticise you for not being Vegan, when they are not Vegan.
4: To encourage Ex-Vegans to keep their ideals by becoming Vegetarians instead of Animal-Eaters.
The average Australian Animal-Eater eats more than 1000 animals in a life time.
The average Australian Dairy Cow produces 5,500 litres of milk per year.
But, partly because of Vegan anti-milk propaganda, most Ex-Vegans go back to eating more than 1000 animals, instead of drinking milk from just 1 cow.
5: To provide factual information to counter Vegan propaganda.
“Meta-analyses suggest a reduction in risk in the subjects with the highest dairy consumption relative to those with the lowest intake: 0.87 for all-cause deaths, 0.92 for ischaemic heart disease, 0.79 for stroke 0.85 for incident diabetes.”
