This class is geared towards the beginner or those of you who think you "can't" pole dance. You don't have to do all kinds of crazy tricks and acrobatic poses if you don't want to. Our Classes teach you the fundamental movements and techniques to help build strength, develop coordination, improve fluidity (this is what makes the dancer look graceful and sexy), and most importantly just dance sexy using the pole as a prop. Great for advanced dancers to help clean up lines and transitioning.
All levels welcomed encouraged to attend!!!
