Usual wednesday track session which is proving so popular, however note the change of venue which will be in effect for at least a month while they re-do the astroturf at Emile Antoine.
As always we will have 2 or 3 exercises to do, depending on how we are all feeling and what we want to do.
Then 15mins of stretching which is oh so important.
Bring a bottle (water) as is getting warmer.
We will meet out the front of the complex, then go through to the track together.
