Lets get back into the swing of things at the regular venue now - Stade Emile Antoine.
This is Week 3 of our seven-week pre-pre-(pre?)-season training which is designed to help you figure out your level and start strengthening your legs and building speed, which often can make all the difference in a race, especially triathlons.
Then 15mins of stretching which is oh so important.
As usual we will be looking at form and technique which is so often lacking.
If this is your first time with us, you're more than welcome to join! The track session, particularly this early in the year, is for all levels and our sole objective is to see everyone improve and meet their goals, whatever these may be!
You can leave a bag near the track while you run its quite safe although don't bring a laptop, there are changing rooms and toilets and bringing a water bottle (with water inside) is always a good idea.
The entrance can be tricky to find so if its your first appearance give yourself a little extra time. You have to go through the building to get to the track and meet at the building entrance
