Circuit Training

Usual Monday evening circuit training session.


Continuing with the Interval training, sets of 12 (or as many as you can do), will leave the actual exercises of choice up to you this week, but remember to get a good rest inbetween.


Unfortunately I am back in UK this week so not able to make it, but Rob promises not to be too unkind.

    The normal session will be at 1930 anyway, but only the intervals part. If you have a stopwatch, it might be useful to bring it.

    My beloved RFC will be on TV that evening so I'll be turning up at around 1830 and doing the hard bit first and then the interval training along similar lines to last week from 1930.
