'Chilly' core circuits - New Year, new sets

It's the new year and time to tackle that post Christmas extra insulation layer with some circuit training, whilst toning up those core muscles.

The sessions will be run in a similar way to last year, with a 6-week program of aerobic circuits aiming to burn fat and strengthen the core muscles to improve strength and form in all three tri disciplines.

It can be tough to find the motivation to train during the winter evenings, especially on a Monday night. So, come and combat the cold and dark with a 6-week program of core circuit training.

There will be a couple of 'on the floor' moves so you may want to bring some gloves to protect your hands, and of course don't forget water as even in the cold you will be sweating !!
