Training - Team Run Bastille

So I actually have the marathon the day after, so my run will be all of 4km in total !!

- 9:00 start from Opéra Bastille (in front of the stairs)

- Running as a group at a comfortable pace along the Coulée Verte (4km)

- Sprint repeats to catch everyone up at certain intervals

- Wonderful scenery along the way and in the Bois

- Speed work (2 x 750m) in the middle of the Bois

- Direct to the lakes to drop people off at Metro if required (10km)

- Loop back through the Bois at constant but raised pace (4.30mins/km)

- Increase the pace as you run the Coulée Verte back (it's all downhill !)

- "Oh so important" stretching session

- Be home for 11:00

- Add 25km in the week training logbook

- Feel good for the rest of the weekend after a good mornings exercise.
