Training- Weekend Long Swim

Let's kick off the new year in style!

For this special 'pre-season has really started' session, we'll be putting in a good[masked] m.

As usual, the session will include an array of technique drills, which are very important, especially for long-distance swimming, distance sets, and we'll end with some sprints to get that heart rate up way up and that adrenaline pumping!

Everyone is welcome to the session. There's nothing better to prepare for a tough race and a long race season ahead than having a relaxing swim that still keeps your muscles alert and your heart rate up.

And now, after the swim, you can recuperate from the straining and enduring session by shopping in the newly refursbished and flamboyant 'Beaugrenelle' shopping center!

We'll meet in front of Mourlon at 1 PM, which according to my scouting is the best time to swim number-of-people-wise.
