After one moth of base training we will continue the theme throughout december. Base training is low intensity, high cadence cycling. It will also give any newbies the chance to start focussing a little more on riding in groups (which can be intimidating) and drafting.
After the first riders pass 50km we will regroup and finish with a 1 lap time trial lap to have a benchmark for your future improvement.
If you are debating on an early xmas present, get yourself a heart rate monitor as it will be useful for this session.
