About 18 months ago, I hosted a dinner party for 24 single friends. It was a huge success (there were several dates organised after that!) and people kept asking for the next one. I expanded to include wine tastings, private museum tours & private dining experiences - basically anything around my passions - Food, Art & Wine. The concept quickly grew, and soon people were telling their friends about it, and so on. Suddenly I had a huge mailing list of people all looking to do cool things in London!
I call the network 2Degrees - it's a friends of friends network that has grown by invitation or referral to over 300 members. It's about bringing like-minded people together over shared experiences - including exclusive wine tastings, private dinners, curated private museum tours and cocktail making. Basically - I'm like Social Lubricant that facilitates conversation & introductions! The 'hook-up' ratio (i.e. people that connect after the event for a date, a business meeting, friendship or otherwise) is typically 15-23%. So you have a 1 in 5 chance that you will meet someone that you want to see again.
Who is this network for? Smart, sexy & single expats! Well travelled, diverse, eligible, well educated, globally minded folks from diverse industries including fashion, finance, media, consulting & some interesting entrepreneurs!
If you fit this description and are looking to make new friends & maybe meet that special someone - you should join!
