Welcome to the Expats-in-Mainz meetup page!

Whether you are a new resident hoping to establish roots, a traveler looking to explore a city or a long standing community member willing to share and discuss resources discovered along the way, this group has members of all nationalities on a path not so different from yours, who are willing to both learn and share.

Although you are now a member of ‘Expats-in-Mainz’, don’t feel limited to the city; you are part of a group that consistently explores the surrounding country, suburbs and metropolitan areas. Likewise, we welcome members from Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and all surrounding regions. You may notice many of our reoccurring events are hosted in Mainz but we love to follow the fun -- wherever it may lead!

Within the meetup page you will find reoccurring events, planned excursions and occasional spontaneous pop-up events. The Organizer Team would like to encourage you to:

• Suggest events you’d like to host by creating the event directly on this site.

• Co-host a new event idea with an Organizer by contacting one directly.

• Communicate questions or concerns to our Leadership Team by using the contact button under the organizer list or e-mailing expatmainz@gmail.com (remember: we are here to help you get the most out of the group).
